Terms & Conditions
Important Information

Welcome to my Portfolio! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and my services. By accessing this site or engaging with me, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. General Terms
  • By using this website or engaging in services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Payment Terms
  • 2.1: To initiate any project or service, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total project fee is required. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files or going live. For large or ongoing projects, payments may be divided into milestones, with payments due at specific project stages.
  • 2.2: Accepted payment methods are bank transfer. Clients are responsible for covering any transaction fees associated with their chosen payment method. Payments are processed in GBP, and all applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the client.
  • 2.3: Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a 10% late fee per week of delay. Services may be suspended or terminated if payments remain overdue beyond 30 days. Access to deliverables, including websites or digital assets, may be restricted until outstanding payments are cleared.
  • 2.4: For ongoing services such as maintenance plans, hosting, or retainers, payments are billed monthly or annually in advance. Failure to make timely payments for these services may result in a pause or termination of service. Retainer fees are non-refundable but may be adjusted or canceled with prior written notice.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
  • 3.1: Deposits are non-refundable as they secure time and resources for your project.
  • 3.2: Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed work unless there are extenuating circumstances agreed upon in writing.
  • 3.3: If a project is cancelled by the client, payment is required for all completed work up to the point of cancellation. In the event of cancellation by the developer, a pro-rata refund will be issued for incomplete work.
